How does per-user pricing work?
You pay for each active member in your workspace. Guests are free within your plan's guest limit, and you are only billed for the seats you actually use.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Switch to yearly at any time to save 20%. Unused monthly time is credited automatically.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or startups?
Eligible nonprofits get 50% off, and early-stage startups can apply for up to 12 months at half price.
What happens when my trial ends?
Choose a plan to keep going. If you don't, your workspace becomes read-only and your data stays safe for 60 days.
