Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from Billing settings. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at your next billing date.

Yes. If Arshan is not the right fit, contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.

All major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Annual Enterprise plans can also pay by invoice or bank transfer.

Open Settings → Members and send invitations by email, or share a secure invite link. You can set each person’s role before they join.

Absolutely. Cancel from Billing settings in two clicks. You keep access until the end of your current billing period and can export your data at any time.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up daily and hosted in SOC 2 Type II certified data centers. Enterprise plans add SSO, SAML and audit logs.

Data is stored in the region you choose during setup: United States or European Union. We are fully GDPR compliant and sign DPAs on request.
