The Challenge
Acme had grown from 40 to 240 people in three years. Each team had picked its own tools: one for tasks, one for docs, two chat apps and a patchwork of spreadsheets for reporting. Nobody had a single view of what was shipping, and leadership spent every Monday assembling status reports by hand.
- Six disconnected tools and duplicated work
- No reliable view of progress across teams
- Eight hours a week lost to manual reporting
The Solution
Working with an Arshan success manager, Acme rolled out a shared workspace in three phases: product and engineering first, then marketing, then the rest of the company. Templates standardized how projects start, and automations took over hand-offs between teams.
Live dashboards replaced the Monday spreadsheet. Integrations with GitHub and Slack meant engineers could keep their workflow while their progress appeared automatically.
“Arshan gave us one source of truth. Our teams spend their time building, not chasing updates, and leadership finally sees the whole picture in real time.”

Within six months, Acme's delivery speed doubled and teams reported far less context switching. Weekly reporting now takes minutes, and the company retired five subscriptions, saving more than a third of its tooling budget.
