1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Arshan website, template files or support services you agree to these terms. If you use Arshan on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
2. Licences
A Regular licence covers one end product that is not sold to end users. An Extended licence covers one end product that may be sold. Each licence is valid for a single project.
You may modify the template for your project, but you may not redistribute or resell the source files on their own.
3. Updates and support
Purchases include free updates for the lifetime of the product and six months of support for questions about included features. Support does not cover custom development or third-party plugins.
4. Payments and refunds
Prices are shown in USD and include any applicable taxes at checkout. Refunds are available within 14 days if the item is not as described or does not work as advertised.
5. Limitation of liability
Arshan is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the template.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email.
