These terms set out the rules for using Arshan. Please read them carefully, together with our Privacy Policy.

- Review AI outputs before relying on them for important decisions.
- Use Arshan lawfully and responsibly.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Arshan platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Arshan on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Use of Services
Arshan grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform during your subscription, in line with your plan and our documentation. We may update features to improve the service, and we will not materially reduce core functionality during a paid term.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity in your workspace. Tell us immediately at security@arshan.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Payment and Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually.
- Usage above your plan limits is billed at the rates on our pricing page.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your order form.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Arshan to break the law, infringe others’ rights, generate malware, attempt to access other customers’ data, or build systems that make fully automated decisions with legal effects on people without appropriate human review.
6. Intellectual Property
You own your content and the outputs generated for you. Arshan owns the platform, models we provide and all related intellectual property. Feedback you share may be used to improve the service.
7. Termination
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. After termination, you can export your data for 30 days before it is deleted.
8. Disclaimers
AI outputs can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. Except as expressly stated, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, each party’s total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of material changes. Questions? Contact legal@arshan.ai or read our Privacy Policy.
