Ask a questionHow is per-user pricing calculated?
Each plan is priced per active user per month. A user can have multiple devices; servers and network sites can be added as needed.
Is there an onboarding fee?
Onboarding is quoted based on the size and condition of your environment. For many small businesses it is waived on annual agreements.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. You can move up a plan at any time; changes to a lower plan take effect at your next renewal.
Are software licences included?
Microsoft 365 and other third-party licences are billed separately at cost or through your existing agreements.
What does the annual discount cover?
Choosing annual billing reduces the monthly per-user rate by around 10% compared with month-to-month pricing.
