Pricing FAQ

Are these prices fixed?

They are typical starting rates for design fees. We confirm a fixed fee per stage in a written proposal once we understand the project.

What is not included?

Construction, furniture, permits fees charged by authorities, specialist consultants and taxes are not included unless stated.

Can I pay per stage?

Yes. Fees are invoiced at the end of each agreed stage, so you can pause between stages if needed.
