Questions

How can I book an appointment?

Use the Book Appointment button on any page, call our patient services team, or visit reception. Online bookings let you choose a department, doctor, date and time.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Yes. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance by phone or email so we can offer the slot to another patient.

What happens if I miss my appointment?

Our team will contact you to rebook. Repeated missed appointments may be subject to the clinic's cancellation policy.

Are virtual appointments available?

Many follow-ups, results discussions and general advice appointments are available as secure video consultations. Choose “Video consultation” as the visit type.

What documents should I bring?

Please bring photo ID, your insurance card if applicable, a list of current medicines and any recent letters or test results from other providers.

How early should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 15 minutes early for your first visit to complete registration, and 5–10 minutes early for follow-ups.

What are your visiting hours?

General visiting hours are 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily. Some areas may have specific guidelines — please check with the ward team.

Do you accept health insurance?

This is template content: list the insurance arrangements that apply to your practice here. We recommend patients check coverage with their insurer before their visit.

How do I pay for my visit?

Payment options can include card, bank transfer or insurance billing. Replace this answer with your practice's own billing policy.

Do I need a referral to see a specialist?

Some specialist appointments may require a referral depending on your insurance or local requirements. Our patient services team can advise.

Do you offer urgent care?

Our urgent care desk sees minor injuries and sudden illness. In a life-threatening emergency, always call your local emergency number.

How can I access patient resources?

Visit the Patient Resources page for guides, forms, billing information and telemedicine help.
