PureGlow’s founders had brilliant formulas and a two-person team. They needed a brand that could compete with giants on shelf and on social – without a giant’s budget.

The challenge

The clean-beauty aisle is crowded with pastel minimalism. Retail buyers told PureGlow the product was great but “looked like everyone else.” Launch was set for a national retailer in nine months, with packaging needed in six.

Our strategy

We positioned PureGlow as “skincare with nothing to hide” and turned that idea into three pillars that shaped every decision – from the bottle to the launch posts.

01

A mineral world

Packaging inspired by travertine and sea glass – tactile, calm and instantly recognisable on shelf.

02

Radical clarity

Front-of-pack copy reduced to three facts: what it does, who it’s for, what’s in it.

03

Community first

A creator programme launched before the product, so the first drop sold out on reviews, not ads.

The results

Sold out in eleven days.

Twelve months after launch, PureGlow is stocked in 340 stores across North America.

Arshan gave us a brand that looks like it’s been around for years – and a launch our retail partners still talk about. We couldn’t have scaled this fast without them.
