Buying a Vehicle

Can I reserve a vehicle online?

Yes. Use the 'Request a Quote' or 'Book a Test Drive' button on any vehicle page and a specialist will confirm availability and hold the car for up to 48 hours while we finalise the details.

What documents do I need to purchase?

Bring a valid driver's license, proof of insurance and, if financing, proof of income and address. For a trade-in, bring the title or loan payoff details and both sets of keys.

Do your used vehicles have inspections?

Every used vehicle receives a multi-point safety inspection. Arshan Certified vehicles pass a 150-point inspection and include a written report and extended powertrain cover.

Can I compare vehicles?

Yes – tap 'Compare' on up to four vehicles anywhere on the site, then open the comparison page to see price, specifications and features side by side.

Do you sell electric vehicles?

We stock new and pre-owned electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles, and our EV specialists can advise on range, charging at home and running costs.

Test Drives

Can I schedule a test drive online?

Yes. Choose a vehicle, date, time and location on our test-drive page. You'll receive a confirmation from our team, usually within one business hour.

How long does a test drive take?

Allow around 30–45 minutes. Extended test drives can be arranged for serious buyers on request.

Financing & Trade-In

What financing options are available?

We work with a panel of banks and credit unions offering loans and leases on new and used vehicles. Rates and terms depend on credit approval and lender criteria.

Do you accept trade-ins?

Yes, we accept trade-ins of any make and model. Submit your vehicle details online for an initial estimate, then we confirm the final offer after a short inspection.

Are the calculator results a guaranteed offer?

No. The calculator provides an estimate for illustration only. Actual financing rates, terms and payments vary.

Service & Maintenance

Do you service vehicles purchased elsewhere?

Absolutely. Our service center works on all makes and models, including hybrids and electric vehicles.

How often should my vehicle be serviced?

Most modern vehicles need a service every 10,000 miles or 12 months – whichever comes first. Your owner's manual and service indicator give the exact schedule.

Do you offer a courtesy car?

Courtesy vehicles are available for longer repairs, subject to availability. Ask when you book.
