How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days and is free on orders over $99. Express delivery (1–2 business days) costs $24.99.
What is your return policy?
You can return any product within 30 days in its original packaging. Returns are free and refunds reach your account within 2–3 business days.
Do products come with a warranty?
Yes. Every product includes a 2-year Arshan warranty covering manufacturing defects, with free repair or replacement.
Can I track my order?
Once your order ships you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also follow every order in My Account → Orders.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and cash on delivery for orders under $2,000.
